An application is a document about you, sent in your name, that you may be asked about in an interview. A tool that quietly answers "yes" to a question about your work authorization, or ticks a legal certification you never read, isn't saving you time — it's creating a problem with your signature on it.

You can provide your own answers in your profile and opt in to reuse them. Legal certifications, consents and e-signatures are different: they are a claim about the specific form in front of you, so they are never filled, by anything, ever.
Tell us everything once — every job, every project, every skill — and we'll write the version of it that this particular posting is asking for. The facts come from your record; only the emphasis changes.

Employers, titles and dates are copied from your record after the model runs. An entry you wrote nothing under gets no bullets rather than made-up ones.

Tailoring changes how much each role gets, never whether it's there. A resume that quietly drops a job is a gap you have to explain.
Reuse is decided on role family, seniority and the skills a posting actually asks for — and you're told which resume was reused and how closely it matched. A senior resume is never reused for an internship, and an engineering resume is never reused for a marketing role, however much vocabulary the two postings share.

Safe reusable answers can fill later applications. Employer-specific answers stay scoped to that employer, and uncertain questions pause the affected job.
