How do I create an account?

Go to Create account, enter your email, and use the one-time code we send. There is no password or invite requirement. Codes expire after 15 minutes; check spam or request another if needed.

How do I install the desktop app and Chrome extension?

Open Download & install for Windows/macOS desktop-app steps, the extension ZIP, and illustrated-in-words setup instructions. The desktop app is an installable web app; it uses the same online account and requires internet. The extension is a private beta sideload and updates are currently manual.

Why don't I see jobs?

Search covers the shared index of public Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby company boards that have been added and refreshed. There is no universal jobs feed, and Indeed is not currently indexed. Add a board under Find jobs → Job sources, then choose Check them now. A first-time account may have no matching results until boards are available in the index.

What happens when I press Run?

Run sends only your selected jobs to the signed-in browser extension. The extension opens supported postings and fills what it can from your profile and saved answers. Jobs it cannot safely complete go to Questions → Paused jobs. With local auto-submit off (the default), review and submit each application yourself. If auto-submit is enabled, a click alone is not treated as success: SweepJobs requires a visible employer confirmation and leaves unconfirmed tabs open for review. Always check every field before submission.

What does the free trial include?

The beta includes up to 20 successful submitted applications per account and does not require a card. The listed $19 monthly, $49 quarterly and $129 annual prices are planned only; no paid plan can currently be purchased and no payment is being collected.

How do I export or delete my data?

Open Account in the web app to download an account-data JSON file or request account deletion. Download the uploaded original resume separately from Your information. Deletion removes active SweepJobs account data but cannot remove an application already sent to an employer.

How do I get help?

Include the email on your account, the page you were on, and what you expected to happen. Do not email passwords, one-time sign-in codes, API tokens, or resume files.
