Get SweepJobs on your computer

Install the desktop web app on Windows or macOS, then add the Chrome extension to fill supported job applications.

Install the desktop app

SweepJobs installs as a standalone app window through Chrome on Windows and macOS. On Windows, Microsoft Edge can install it too. Your account stays online and signs in with the same email code as the website.

Open SweepJobs in Chrome and sign in (or create your account).
Choose the browser's Install button in the address bar. If it isn't shown, Chrome's menu has Cast, save, and share → Install page as app.
Launch SweepJobs from the shortcut Chrome creates. Pin it to the Dock, Start menu, or taskbar if your system offers that option.

On Windows with Edge: open SweepJobs, then use Settings and more → More tools → Apps → Install this site as an app. This is an installable web app, not a native `.exe` or `.dmg`; an internet connection is required.

Download the Chrome extension

The extension connects the dashboard to supported application forms on Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby. It is currently a private beta download—not yet listed in the Chrome Web Store—so installation uses Chrome's Developer mode.

Download Chrome extension (.zip)

Extract the ZIP. On Windows, right-click it and choose Extract All; on Mac, double-click it.
In Chrome, open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode.
Choose Load unpacked and select the extracted folder that contains manifest.json.
Open the Extensions menu and pin SweepJobs to the toolbar for easy access.
Click SweepJobs, enter the same email as your web account, and verify the sign-in code from your inbox.

Important: Chrome may show a Developer mode notice because this beta is sideloaded. Updates are manual: download the new ZIP, replace the extracted files, then click Reload on chrome://extensions. A managed work/school browser may block this installation.

Use it to prepare applications

Complete your profile and upload a resume in SweepJobs. Review any extracted profile details.
In Find jobs, search, uncheck jobs you don't want, and choose Run selected jobs. Keep Chrome open with the extension signed in.
The extension fills supported forms from your profile and saved answers. Check every field. Auto-submit is off by default; unanswered jobs appear in Questions → Paused jobs. If an enabled submit attempt has no visible employer confirmation, it remains paused for review instead of being counted as submitted.

Indeed and other unsupported boards are not included. Read the privacy notice and beta help before installing.
